ChainCatcher 消息，据财新网报道，香港金管局总裁余伟文于 2026年 2月 2 日在财经事务委员会会议后称共有 36 家机构提交了稳定币牌照申请，包括银行、科技企业、券商、资产管理公司、投资公司、电商、支付机构、初创/web3 企业等，其中渣打银行（香港）因本身是香港三大发钞行之一被寄予厚望。
另有两名消息人士称此前据称已退出香港首批稳定币牌照角逐的京东旗下京东币链科技（香港）并未撤出稳定币牌照申请，京东币链科技（香港）亦是稳定币测试沙盒三大试验主体之一。
