智通财经APP讯，骏东控股(08277)发布公告，于2026年2月2日，公司的间接非全资附属公司河北林木科技有限公司与岑巩县金达林业科技有限公司订立木材采伐及销售协议，据此，金达林业授权河北林木于中华人民共和国贵州省岑巩县就金达林业承接的国家储备林建设项目进行木材采伐作业，占地面积约5万亩。根据该协议，河北林木应在指定伐木地点完成砍伐、切割、加工、去皮、堆垛、将木材运至收集点、装载木材、清理伐木区以及维护伐木区及木材的所有相关任务，河北林木亦将负责销售木材，并将净收益的5%与金达林业分成。
公司相信，集团参与上述木材采伐项目将有助巩固其于业界的地位。董事亦预期此业务的发展将为集团创造额外的新收入来源，并为其长远发展带来正面影响。
