董事会欣然宣布，陈伟杰先生(陈先生)已获委任为执行董事;及黄志恩女士(黄女士)已获委任为独立非执行董事，均自2026年2月2日起生效。
董事会宣布，自2026年2月2日起，邢玉婵女士(邢女士)已辞任本公司的公司秘书，而罗学儒先生(罗先生)已获委任为本公司的公司秘书。
董事会宣布，自2026年2月2日起，林先生已辞任本公司的授权代表，而陈先生已获委任为本公司的授权代表。
黄女士已获委任为董事会审核委员会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会各自的成员。
