智通财经APP讯，守益控股(02227)发布公告，于2026年2月2日，卖方(公司间接全资附属公司Sing Moh Electrical Engineering Pte Ltd)向买方Straits Teamwork Pte Ltd授出选择权，据此，卖方已同意向买方授出选择权，以根据选择权协议的条款及条件按2100万新加坡元的代价购买该物业。该物业位于450 Tagore Industrial Avenue Singapore 787821。
董事会已考虑集团当前财务状况及业务营运，以及新加坡整体经济及物业市场，并认为当前市场为公司提供了良机，而出售事项是以合理价格变现该物业更高价值的有利机会。此外，出售事项所得款项将巩固集团的财务状况及增加集团的一般营运资金。
该物业已用作集团宿舍，而办公室及仓库仅部分投入使用，因而未能发挥其最大效能。经参考公司日期为2023年7月3日的公告，该物业原为就获授项目增加办公空间、仓库及宿舍而购置，而该项目拟于2027年第一季度竣工，与完成一致。此外，集团正在竞标具有重大价值的项目，而所得款项将提升集团的现金流量及现金流动性。
