OxPay Financial Establishes Money Services Company in Bhutan; Shares Down 4%

OxPay Financial (SGX:TVV) established a new money services company in Bhutan, named Oxygen7, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the financial services company were down over 4% in Monday trading.

The new subsidiary's principal activities involve the provision of regulated money services in or from Gelephu Mindfulness City in Bhutan.

The incorporation of the new business is not expected to have a material impact on the company's earnings per share for 2026, the filing added.
