路透2月3日 - 在本周二由 GDT Events 举行的本月首次全球乳制品贸易拍卖会上，国际牛奶价格上涨，成交量下降。
全球乳品贸易价格指数攀升了6.7%，平均售价为每吨3,830美元。
据GDT Events称，该指数在上一次拍卖中上涨了1.5%。
拍卖平台在其网站上说，最近一次拍卖共售出 24,034 吨，比上一次下降了 13.6%。
拍卖会每月举行两次，下一次定于 2 月 17 日举行。
GDT Events由新西兰恒天然合作社集团有限公司（Fonterra Co-operative Group Ltd FCG.NZ）部分控股 ，但独立于这家乳业巨头运营。
这家新西兰牛奶合作社由大约10,500名农民拥有，控制着全球近三分之一的乳制品贸易。
拍卖结果可能会影响新西兰元NZD=的走势，因为乳制品行业的产值占新西兰国内生产总值的7%以上。
