Bromat (SGX:9I7) received a statutory demand from TSMP Law of around SG$167,567 in relation to work carried out for the company, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The outstanding amount was already accounted for in the company's results for the year ended Sept. 30, 2025.
The company has been given a duration of three weeks to comply; failure to do so would grant TSMP the right to file a winding-up application.
