智通财经APP讯，冠军科技集团(00092)发布公告，根据配售协议所载的条款及条件，配售协议所载的条件在2026年1月28日已获达成，配售事项已于2026年2月3日完成。根据配售协议，配售代理已成功向不少于六名承配人配售合共约1.13亿股配售股份，每股配售股份配售价为0.177港元。
配售事项所得款项净额(经扣除配售佣金、专业费用及所有相关开支后)为约1950万港元。由于配售事项的实际所得款项净额(即约1950万港元)低于该等公告所披露的估计所得款项净额(约3400万港元，倘发行最高限额的1.97亿股配售股份)。本公司拟将所有所得款项净额用作包括本集团现有的可再生能源业务及现有的绿色能源业务的营运资金，及于时机出现时的其他投资。
