智通财经APP讯，德银天下(02418)发布公告，集团预计截至2025年12月31日止年度净利润将为约人民币4500万元至人民币5500万元，较截至2024年12月31日止年度减少约65%至71%。集团截至2024年12月31日止年度净利润为人民币1.57亿元。净利润预期下降的主要原因是：2025年国内融资租赁行业及供应链物流行业竞争加剧，为应对市场竞争，提升竞争力，集团加大商务政策成本投入，导致业务成本增加，业务毛利率整体较去年降低;以及对于当前市场整体风险的变化，集团出于谨慎性考虑，适当提高了应收账款计提的一般性减值准备比例及个别单一客户的信用减值准备，从而影响集团整体利润表现。
