　　据伊朗迈赫尔通讯社8日报道，伊朗外长阿拉格齐当天发表公开讲话说，伊朗为其和平核计划付出了“巨大代价”，任何人都无权规定伊朗“应该拥有什么、不应该拥有什么”。美国的军事施压吓不倒伊朗。

　　阿拉格齐说：“他们（美国）在该地区的军事部署吓不倒我们。我们是善于外交的民族，也是骁勇善战的民族——并非好战，而是随时准备战斗，让任何人都不敢与我们为敌。”

　　他表示，伊朗宪法的核心是“独立”。若对铀浓缩存在任何疑问或关切，伊朗愿作出回应。伊朗并不需要其他国家“承认”其权利，因为这些权利本身就是既定和合法的；其他国家应当做的是尊重这一权利。伊朗不寻求核武器，伊朗力量的密码在于对大国说“不”。

　　阿拉格齐说：“若以尊重的语言对待伊朗人民，伊朗将以尊重回应；若以强权语言相向，伊朗亦将以力量回应。”他重申，伊朗外交政策的首要原则是尊严。
