智通财经APP讯，皇庭智家(01575)公布，于2026年2月5日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，公司拟透过配售代理向不少于六名承配人配售最多5.6亿股配售股份，每股配售股份0.05港元，配售最多净筹约2770.9万港元，其中65%用于进一步扩大集团在东南亚的产能及供应链，包括但不限于购买额外设备、租赁额外工作空间、装修及增聘工人;15%用于东南亚区发展多个陈列室以推广集团的产品及招揽出口买家及业务;及20%用于集团的一般营运资金用途。
