徽商银行（03698）发布公告，董事会于2026年2月6日召开会议并通过相关决议，自即日起选择替代门槛而非初始指定门槛，以符合上市规则所规定的最低公众持股量。
董事会认为，公司选择替代门槛更加符合公司的实际情况，符合公司及其股东的整体利益。根据上市规则，若公司选择替代门槛，则在联交所上市的股份类别中由公众持有的部分须于任何时间达到最少10亿港元的市值，并且占公司已发行股份总数的最少10%。
截至2026年2月5日，公司由公众持有的H股股份市值约为76.81亿港元，公众持股量百分比约为16.08%，均高于上市规则关于替代门槛的要求。
