智通财经APP讯，大同机械(00118)发布公告，于2026年2月5日(交易时段后)，卖方合肥大同格兰塑业有限公司(本公司间接全资附属公司)与买方刁俊德先生订立股权转让协议，卖方已同意以代价人民币464.95万元出售，而买方已同意以代价收购于目标公司合肥格兰美新材料有限公司的全部股权。
于完成后，本集团将不再拥有目标公司的任何权益，而目标公司亦不再为本公司的附属公司。
由于目标公司所经营的业务并非卖方的核心业务，而且目标公司已连续三年取得亏损，董事会认为，为降低目标公司持续亏损所带来的经营风险，并专注于卖方的核心业务，本集团进行出售事项属合适之举。
