智通财经APP获悉，芯片股全线走低，截至发稿，华虹半导体(01347)跌5.37%，报96.9港元；兆易创新(03986)跌4.34%，报291.2港元；中芯国际(00981)跌3.85%，报66.1港元；上海复旦(01385)跌3.76%，报46.08港元。
消息面上，超威半导体（AMD）周三收跌17.31%，创2017年5月以来最大单日跌幅。AMD发布的2025财年第四财季报告显示，AMD去年四季度营收超百亿美元创新高、保持30%以上同比增速，EPS盈利增长放缓但较分析师预期高近16%。但与此同时，部分分析师认为，虽然AMD公布了超预期的营收利润表现，但一季度指引不及预期。
受AMD大跌影响，隔夜“存储四巨头”也集体下跌，闪迪跌15.95%，美光科技跌9.55%。2月5日，日韩股市低开，芯片股跟随隔夜美国科技股走低，三星电子和SK海力士均跌超4%，此外，软银集团股价大跌超6%。
