【大河财立方消息】2月6日，中指研究院发布2026年1月河南省房地产企业销售业绩TOP20榜单。

　　榜单显示，中海地产、中国电建地产、正商集团、招商蛇口、正弘置业5家房企销售额位列1月河南房地产企业销售业绩榜单前五；正商集团、正弘置业、铁建投城发、建业地产、常绿集团5家企业销售额位列河南本土房地产企业销售业绩榜单前五。

　　1月，河南省共推出各类用地165宗，规划建筑面积584.09万平米；各类用地成交140宗，规划建筑面积449.63万平米。其中，全省共推出住宅用地45宗，规划建筑面积合计为210.25万平米；住宅用地成交37宗，规划建筑面积170.63万平米。

　　中指研究院报告中提到，1月进入传统淡季，河南省房地产市场整体表现平淡，部分地市提前开展“返乡置业”优惠活动，商品房销售相对平稳，多数城市市场活跃度仍下降明显，商品房销量同环比降幅均较大。
