Shares of Newmont (ASX:NEM) fell nearly 6% in recent Friday trade after the company said on Thursday that a worker had died following an incident at its Tanami mine in the Northern Territory.
The company has suspended all operations at Tanami and is providing full support for the ongoing investigation.
