Taisei's Nine-Month Net Income Climbs 22%

Taisei's (TYO:1801) net income attributable to owners of the parent rose 22% to 102.6 billion yen in the nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025, from 83.8 billion yen a year earlier.

The construction firm's net income per share increased to 615.38 yen from 457.17 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.

Net sales dropped 6.5% to 1.428 trillion yen from 1.528 trillion yen in the prior year.

For the full fiscal 2025, the company expects attributable net income of 137.0 billion yen, net income per share of 826.44 yen, and net sales of 2.090 trillion yen.

Taisei plans to pay a year-end dividend of 125 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31.
