智通财经APP讯，海西新药(02637)发布公告，于2025年10月24日，福建海西新药创制股份有限公司(本公司)作为投资者，动用其闲置资金，认购(i)2亿港元由Essence Global Investment Limited根据其10亿美元有担保结构性票据计划发行的2025-32系列基金挂钩票据(基金挂钩票据)(认购基金挂钩票据);及(ii)最多2亿港元的China Rock Fund SPC(认购China Rock Fund，连同认购基金挂钩票据称为认购事项)。
合理有效地利用临时闲置资金可提高本公司的资本收益，与本公司确保资金安全和流动性以及满足本集团日常运营及股息派付的资金需求这一核心目标一致。
