       数九寒冬，服务升温。近日，一场以暖心服务为主轴的专场招聘会在连云港市秦东门社区温情开展。中国移动江苏公司连云港分公司（以下简称“连云港移动”）联合朐阳街道秦东门社区，以“春风送岗启新程，赋能就业向未来”为主题，将精细化就业服务打包送至居民家门口，用一系列有温度、见实效的举措，在寒冬中架起一座温暖的就业桥梁。　

活动现场，“移家人”志愿者们不仅有序引导，更提前备好热姜茶，为前来咨询的居民递上一杯杯温暖。“天气冷，先暖手再暖心。”这份细致的关怀贯穿始终。服务台前，“一对一”就业辅助耐心展开，志愿者们化身“求职顾问”，帮助居民分析岗位、填写信息，尤其为技能单一的群体提供针对性指导。政策咨询区则成为“信息服务站”，灵活就业补贴、技能培训政策等被清晰解读，服务内容从岗位对接延伸至全链条就业支持。 

“不仅找到了工作意向，更感受到了被重视的温暖。”一位居民感慨道。这场活动，是连云港移动深化社区服务共建的一个缩影。未来，连云港移动将持续以群众需求为导向，常态化开展岗位开发、精准对接与政策辅导，将“等群众来”变为“送服务去”，用扎实、长效的服务行动，为社区民生注入源源不断的“移动暖流”。
