本报讯 （记者 盛丽）“从慧忠里到对外经贸大学怎么走？”“您从炎黄艺术馆上车，乘坐379路到对外经贸大学下车即可。”这是“AI鹊鸣”根据公交行业特点给予的精准回答。记者近日在全国劳动模范张鹊鸣的创新工作室内看到，一块屏幕上显示着他的AI形象。北京公交集团客一分公司工会将劳模经验和AI算法相结合，通过数字赋能提升服务水平。

据了解，与其他软件不同，“AI鹊鸣”提供的信息内容源自张鹊鸣撰写的20万字的《鹊鸣公交速查词典》。职工们可以利用停站点的时间向“AI鹊鸣”提问，不仅能够提供换乘信息，还可以帮助职工解决工作中遇到的问题。通过语音识别与大数据分析，“AI鹊鸣”还能模仿张鹊鸣亲切的语调。

此外，张鹊鸣将换乘信息、车辆信息、线路走向等内容汇集到二维码内，未来将张贴在车厢内。乘客只需扫描二维码，即可获取线路详情、步行导航、周边服务等信息，并通过“场景码”查询小区、景点附近的公交站点，实现“出行前——出行中——出行后”的全流程服务。
