ChainCatcher 消息，以太坊财库公司 ETHZilla (ETHZ) 正加速布局资产代币化，斥资 470 万美元收购 95 笔制造房屋与模块化住房贷款组合，并计划在以太坊 Layer-2 网络上将这些贷款代币化，通过受监管交易平台 Liquidity.io 面向投资者发行现金流型数字代币。
该贷款组合以优先留置权抵押为担保，预期年化收益约 10%。ETHZilla 董事长兼 CEO McAndrew Rudisill 表示，这笔交易是公司代币化战略的自然延伸，制造房屋贷款具有稳定现金流和强抵押资产，非常适合在受监管、透明的框架下进行代币化。ETHZilla 此举正值其核心加密资产大幅下跌之后，该公司股价自 2025 年高点 107 美元已累计下跌逾 90%，去年出售超过 1.1 亿美元 ETH 用于股票回购和偿还债务。此前，ETHZilla 也投资了制造房屋贷款公司 Zippy 并收购了两台待代币化的喷气式飞机发动机，显示其在多元实物资产代币化方向的持续推进。
