智通财经APP讯，易通讯集团(08031)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年12月31日止年度取得公司拥有人应占亏损净额不少于800万港元，而2024财年则取得盈利约1750.9万港元，其中持续经营业务及停止经营业务分别取得溢利约840.9万港元及约910万港元。
由2024财年的净盈利状态转为2025财年的净亏损状态，主要归因于以下原因：(i)2024财年取得出售集团金融服务业务营运所产生的一次性收益约364.4万港元及停止金融服务业务营运所产生的溢利约545.6万港元，而2025财年并未取得相关收益;(ii)集团来自持续经营业务的未经审核总收入由2024财年的约8072.6万港元降至2025财年的约7636万港元;(iii)2024财年取得重估金融资产收益，而2025财年并未取得相关收益。
