Trajan Group Holdings Sees Higher Fiscal H1 Revenue, Lower Normalized EBITDA; Maintains Fiscal 2026 Guidance

Trajan Group Holdings (ASX:TRJ) said that it expects group net revenue of AU$84.1 million for the fiscal first half, up from AU$81 million in the prior corresponding period, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company expects group normalized earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (nEBITDA) of AU$5 million for the fiscal first half, down from AU$7.9 million in the prior corresponding period, the filing said.

It reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 net revenue guidance of over AU$170 million and its group nEBITDA forecast of AU$16 million, the filing added.

The company's shares gained nearly 2% in recent Thursday trade.
