Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) has partnered with Melbourne Business School to understand how customers perceive, use and trust artificial intelligence, in banking and financial services, according to a Thursday statement by the Bank.
Under the deal, the parties have started a study, the AI Attitudes Barometer, the statement said.
The study will provide insights into customer perspectives and attitudes as AI evolves over time, the statement added.
