Feb 5 (Reuters) - Australia's MAAS Group MGH.AX entered into an agreement to divest its construction materials division for A$1.703 billion ($1.19 billion) to a unit of Germany's Heidelberg Materials AG HEIG.DE, the industrial service and real estate business said on Thursday.
