Generate Biomedicines宣称，其AI驱动的Generate平台是一个紧密整合的“设计-构建-测试-学习”闭环系统，旨在生成具有治疗相关性的专有数据及差异化分子解决方案。公司表示，其技术潜力已通过三款计算设计的蛋白质成功进入人体临床试验得到验证，其中进展最快的GB-0895是一款研究性长效抗胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素单克隆抗体，目前正在为重症哮喘开展关键性III期临床试验的患者招募工作。
这家总部位于马萨诸塞州萨默维尔的公司成立于2018年，计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码暂定为“GENB”。该公司曾于2025年12月23日秘密提交上市申请。本次发行由高盛、摩根士丹利、Piper Sandler、古根海姆证券和康托菲茨杰拉德联合担任簿记管理人。
