智通财经APP讯，联泰控股(00311)发布公告，预期本公司将报告于2025财年(截至2025年12月31日止年度)的归属于本公司所有者的纯利介乎约380万美元至480万美元，而截至2024年12月31日止年度(2024财年)归属于本公司所有者的净亏损约为3400万美元。
董事局认为本集团业绩预期的由亏转盈，主要归因于并无产生重大非经常性开支约3000万美元，而该等开支于2024财年对业绩造成负面影响。该等2024财年产生的开支涉及但不限于：(a)于2024财年上半年产生的与美利坚合众国海关法律法规(该等问题)相关的遣散费及法律开支;(b)中华人民共和国一间亏损工厂停产，以及结束成衣分类中的个人防护设备业务;(c)就存货减值及税项费用计提额外拨备;及(d)出售本集团于一家非盈利性部分持有附属公司的股权并注销一家合营企业而产生的亏损。
