中国经济网北京2月5日讯 清越科技(688496.SH)今日股价下跌，截至收盘报6.24元，跌幅5.17%。该股目前处于破发状态。 清越科技于2022年12月28日在上交所科创板上市，公开发行股份数为9,000万股，发行价格为9.16元/股，保荐机构为广发证券股份有限公司，保荐代表人为刘世杰、赵瑞梅。 清越科技首次公开发行股票募集资金总额为82,440.00万元，扣除发行费用后，募集资金净额为73,495.47万元，清越科技最终募集资金净额比原计划多33,495.47万元。清越科技于2022年12月23日披露的招股说明书显示，该公司拟募集资金40,000.00万元，用于硅基OLED显示器生产线技改项目、前沿超低功耗显示及驱动技术工程研究中心建设项目、补充营运资金。 清越科技首次公开发行股票发行费用合计8,944.53万元(不含增值税)，其中，承销及保荐费6,265.44万元。 (责任编辑：马欣)
