今天（5日）上午，上海市十六届人大四次会议举行第二次全体会议，市高级人民法院院长贾宇作《上海市高级人民法院工作报告》。
报告显示，上海法院彰显公平正义正能量。在“海底捞商誉侵权案”中，认定未成年人在火锅店实施不文明行为并传播视频，严重损害企业商誉，判决赔礼道歉并赔偿损失，让监护人为未成年人不文明行为担责，守护遵规守序良好公德。弘扬崇德向善社会风尚。在“紧急救助致伤案”中，认定在他人激烈争吵发生肢体冲突之际，及时劝架反致他人受伤的行为，不构成侵权，判决善意救助人无需赔偿，鼓励善行、保护善举。倡导文明礼让传统美德。在“地铁座位纠纷案”中，认定强行落座挤压他人并恶语相向的行为，构成人格权侵害，判决书面赔礼道歉， 维护公共空间和谐秩序。
