智通财经APP获悉，2月3日，国内健康服务消费企业卓正医疗(02677)招股结束，市场认购反响热烈。据市场消息，卓正医疗孖展超额认购逾2700倍。公司此次计划全球发售475万股，其中香港公开发售占一成，发售价格为59.9港元，将于2月6日挂牌上市。
卓正医疗基石投资者阵容豪华。公告显示，本次IPO基石投资者包括金域医学、小鹏汽车董事长何小鹏，以及多家腾讯系科技企业，如明略科技、微盟集团、库洛游戏、手回集团等。腾讯作为公司最大机构股东，持股近20%。
