ChainCatcher 消息，美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）主席 Mike Selig 周三宣布，正式撤回 2024 年提出的 “事件合约” 监管草案，并废止拜登政府时期发布的一项相关指导意见。
该草案原本拟禁止基于政治事件结果的预测合约，将其与战争、恐怖主义等“违背公共利益”的合约等同处理。Selig 表示，2024 年的提案是前政府 “越权进行价值判断式监管”的体现，CFTC 将重新推进一套基于《商品交易法》（CEA）、更具一致性和理性的新规则，以支持衍生品市场中的负责任创新，并符合国会立法初衷。此次政策调整为预测市场释放更明确的监管信号。
此前，CFTC 曾在与 Kalshi 的诉讼中败诉，被迫允许政治类预测合约上线。随着新一届政府上台，包括 Coinbase、Cboe 在内的机构也开始积极布局预测市场相关业务。此次撤回旧规，被视为美国预测市场监管方向的重要转折点。
