智通财经APP讯，MIRXES-B(02629)发布公告，董事会宣布，所有条件已达成，而交割已于2026年2月5日进行。合共2188.8万股配售股份已成功由配售代理根据配售协议的条款及条件按配售价每股配售股份32.50港元配售予不少于六名独立承配人。据董事作出一切合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，承配人连同彼等各自的最终实益拥有人均为独立于本公司及本公司关连人士，且与本公司及本公司关连人士概无关连的第三方。
配售事项的所得款项总额合共约为7.11亿港元。配售事项的所得款项净额，经扣除相关成本及开支、佣金及征费，约为6.73亿港元(按此基准，每股配售股份净价格约为30.77港元)。
诚如公告所披露，配售事项的所得款项净额(配售事项所得款项)将以下列形式予以动用：(a)约30%将用作投资及并购活动;(b)约25%将用作研究及开发，包括现有管线的临床研究以及开发新管线;(c)约20%将用作扩展新兴市场;及(d)约25%将用作一般营运资金用途。
