2月6日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局日前发布《关于史剑建设银行董事任职资格的批复》，核准史剑中国建设银行股份有限公司董事的任职资格。

　　公开资料显示，史剑，1974年1月出生，1996年毕业于天津财经大学金融学专业，获经济学学士学位。现任中国长城资产管理股份有限公司总裁助理，自2021年起担任该职务，并于2018年至2023年期间兼任董事会秘书。2025年11月被选举为建设银行非执行董事。

　　史剑于1996年7月进入财政部工作。1999年11月至2011年11月，历任中国长城资产管理股份有限公司办公室主任科员、副处级秘书，投资管理部副处长、处长等职位。2011年11月至2017年12月，历任公司投资（投行）事业部总经理助理，资产经营事业部总经理助理、副总经理，四川分公司总经理等职位。2017年12月至2021年6月任中国长城资产管理股份有限公司董事会办公室（引战上市办公室）主任。2018年5月至2023年3月任中国长城资产管理股份有限公司董事会秘书。
