于2026年1月29日(星期四)下午四时三十分(即递交受限制股份单位要约接纳表格的最后时间及日期)，已收到有关2656万份受限制股份单位的受限制股份单位要约的有效接纳，合共占于受限制股份单位要约记录日期的受限制股份单位总数的100%。
预期撤销股份于联交所的上市地位将自2026年2月9日(星期一)下午四时正(香港时间)起生效。
