Sanli Environmental's (SGX:1E3) subsidiary, Sanli M&E Engineering, and Shanghai Tunnel Engineering agreed to establish a 50:50 joint venture, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
SANLI-STECS CNF3 JOINT VENTURE will act as a subcontractor in connection with the development of Changi NEWater Factory 3 project awarded to Sanli M&E by Singapore's national water agency, PUB.
