Concord Control Associate Bags INR1.9 Billion Order for Train Protection System; Shares Up 4%

Progota India, an associate company of Concord Control Systems (BOM:543619), has secured an order worth 1.85 billion Indian rupees from the Indian Railways, according to a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Thursday.

Progota India will supply, install, test, and commission an on-board KAVACH 4.0 loco equipment within 12 months.

Kavach is India's indigenously developed automatic train protection system.

The company's shares were up nearly 4% in recent trade.
