Microsoft (MSFT) shares fell 3.5% in recent Thursday trading after Stifel downgraded the stock to hold from buy and adjusted price target to $392 from $540.

Trading volume stood at over 37.1 million shares, compared with a daily average of about 28.6 million shares.
