美东时间2月6日，美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）表示正采取措施，限制用于非FDA批准的配制药物中的胰高血糖素样肽-1（GLP-1）活性药物成分，这些药物被企业大规模推向市场，作为FDA批准药物的类似替代品。
FDA在一份声明中提及Hims & Hers及其他配制药房。此举旨在保护消费者免受FDA无法验证其质量、安全性或有效性的药物的侵害。
受此影响，Hims盘后股价大跌14%，而诺和诺德涨超4%，礼来涨超1%。
Hims & Hers Health周四宣布推出每月49美元的GLP-1口服减肥药，其定价仅为诺和诺德Wegovy同类产品的三分之一。此举被视为GLP-1市场竞争进入价格战阶段的重要信号，该公司意图通过低价策略快速抢占市场份额。
诺和诺德随即表示将采取法律与监管手段予以回应。实际上，双方合作关系已于去年6月终止，诺和诺德当时即指控Hims存在“非法大规模复配与误导性营销行为”。
摩根大通分析师Richard Vosser在研究报告中指出，诺和诺德具备充分法律依据要求该产品下架，并认为Hims的仿制药“明显违反美国药品监管规定”。
