消息面上，12月30日，亿腾医药以反向收购方式完成与嘉和生物的换股合并和上市。 此次反向收购的达成，标志着亿腾嘉和的正式成立，并在战略整合与发展上迈入全新阶段。嘉和生物-B中文股份简称则由“嘉和生物”更改为“亿腾嘉和”，自2026年2月6日起上午九时正起生效。
值得注意的是，嘉和生物上月宣布，拟不时于公开市场购回公司股份。公司自1月28日起连续多日回购股份，截至2月5日，公司累计回购金额约1851.7万港元，累计回购724.5万股股份。
