BrainAurora Medical Chairman Undertakes Voluntary Lock-up of Shares

BrainAurora Medical Technology (HKG:6681) said its chairman Tan Zheng voluntarily agreed to hold on to the company's shares, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Tan gave a voluntary undertaking to lock up 275.5 million shares of the company held by his firm Ztan until Feb. 5, 2027. The shares represent 20.28% of the business.
