据越南《越南经济》近日报道，越南军队工业和电信集团邮政股份总公司(Viettel Post) 14日正式启用运营谅山同登口岸经济区的Viettel Post保税仓。作为南宁（中国）—谅山—河内经济走廊的关键节点，保税仓有望解决越中贸易通道的货物存储、中转与通关难题，为制造企业和物流服务商在边境地区拓展业务创造更有利的条件。

报道称，Viettel Post保税仓是谅山Viettel物流园的核心基础设施，包括5880平方米的仓库和8700平方米的保税堆场，紧邻友谊关口岸和谷楠口岸，直连河内—谅山高速公路和中越国际联运铁路，是东盟与中国战略物流中转枢纽，两大市场的进出口货物可在此集散、处理和分拨。

保税仓基于Viettel Post自主研发的数字化平台运营，集成仓库管理系统（WMS）、运输管理系统（TMS）和订单管理系统（OMS），直连海关电子管理系统（VNACCS/VCIS），结合无线射频识别门禁系统（RFID Gate）、AI智能摄像头和运营指挥中心（OCC），实现库存、货流、通关状态的实时监控。不仅提供仓储服务，还集成跨境物流全流程处理能力（如分拣、贴标、打包、检验、运输组织等），实现“一站式”物流整合。通过与海关数据的直接对接，未来将可使单证齐全的货物处理时间缩短至30分钟以内。
