联邦制药（03933）盘中涨超7%，截至发稿，股价上涨5.62%，报13.34港元，成交额1.65亿港元。
近日，联邦制药发布公告，本公司全资附属公司联邦生物科技（珠海横琴）有限公司（联邦生物科技）自主研发的1类创新药UBT251注射液关于合并肥胖的中重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）适应症获得中国国家药品监督管理局临床试验默示许可。作为中国首个化学合成GLP-1/GIP/GCG三靶点受体激动剂新药，UBT251助力本公司于该类药物研究领域占据重要地位。
瑞银发布研报称，联邦制药是中国领先的药品制造商，拥有整合的业务线，涵盖中间产品与原料药，以及制剂产品。凭借数十年在代谢疾病领域的研发专业与强劲的早期临床结果，公司于去年3月将UBT251在中国以外的权益授权予诺和诺德（NVO.US），协议包括2亿美元的首付款、最高达18亿美元的里程碑付款以及分层销售权利金。该行认为市场低估了UBT251的销售潜力，以及公司更广泛的创新研发管线。
