格隆汇2月5日丨弘业期货(03678.HK)公布，公司近日收到股东江苏弘苏实业有限公司(以下简称"弘苏实业")出具的《关于股东司法强制执行计划期限届满的告知函》，获悉：2025年11月4日公司披露的《关于股东所持部分股份可能会被司法强制执行的提示性公告》(2025-055)，自2025年11月7日至2026年2月4日，弘苏实业因被司法强制执行将以集中竞价交易方式被动减少公司股份10,077,777股(约占公司总股本的1%)，以大宗交易方式被动减少公司股份8,057,122股(约占公司总股本的0.7995%)，总共计划减少18,134,899股(约占公司总股本的1.7995%)。截至公告日，前述司法强制执行期限已经届满，在司法强制执行期限内，弘苏实业已通过集中竞价交易方式被司法强制执行10,077,400股，已通过大宗交易方式被司法强制执行8,057,122股，合计减少18,134,522股，占公司当前总股本的1.7995%。本次司法强制执行计划剩余股数377股。
