IT之家 2 月 6 日消息，当地时间 2 月 5 日，梅赛德斯-AMG 首席执行官迈克尔 · 施比告诉外媒 Autocar，品牌将在即将推出的高性能纯电 SUV 基础上，追加一款轿跑 SUV 车型，作为纯电动车产品线中的第三款产品。
施比表示，SUV 轿跑版本计划于 2027 年下半年亮相，此举源于 AMG 决定持续加大在 SUV 领域的投入。目前，SUV 已占据品牌全球销量的一半以上。该思路与燃油时代 GLE63 S SUV 和 GLE63 S Coupe 的双线布局一致。
新车将基于 AMG.EA 纯电平台打造，并与对标保时捷卡宴的纯电 SUV 以及 GT XX 概念车（IT之家注：四门轿跑）量产版共用技术基础。其中，对标卡宴的车型预计明年初上市，而 GT XX 量产版将于今年晚些时候发布，用于取代现款 GT 四门车型，并成为 AMG 的首款纯电跑车。
动力方面，新车将采用 800V 电气架构，配备圆柱电芯电池组，并使用三电机驱动系统，前轴一台、后轴两台。在 GT XX 原型车上，该套系统已实现约 1000kW、1341 马力的最大输出功率。
施比确认新车型计划的同时，AMG 也将迎来管理层调整。自 2023 年 3 月起执掌品牌的施比，将转任奔驰 Top End Vehicle 集团负责人，负责奔驰迈巴赫和 G 级等高端子品牌。斯特凡 · 韦克巴赫将于 7 月 1 日接任 AMG 首席执行官。
