Hims & Hers Health is facing a crackdown from the Food and Drug Administration after the telehealth company said it would start offering copies of the Wegovy pill. The FDA said it would take "decisive steps" to restrict non-approved drugs that use GLP-1 active pharmaceutical ingredients. The FDA also said it will aim to combat advertising from drug companies, including Hims & Hers. Shares slid 14%, to $19.84, in after-hours trading.

Verde Clean Fuels suspended development of its Permian Basin project due to changes in natural-gas demand. The clean fuels company said the suspension is primarily a result of "changing market conditions driven by increasing demand for natural gas in the Permian Basin." It was working on the site as part of a joint development agreement with Diamondback Energy. The stock fell 13% to $1.17 in late trading.
