ASJ Moves to TSE Standard, Lists on Nagoya Main Market

ASJ (TYO:2351) said it has moved from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market to the Standard Market and has also listed its shares on the Nagoya Stock Exchange Main Market, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The company said the dual listing is expected to improve share liquidity and expand its investor base. Following the market change, ASJ withdrew its previously disclosed plan related to Growth Market listing maintenance standards.

ASJ provides cloud services using data centers it owns and operates, along with cloud integration and e-commerce services, and said it aims to pursue growth through technological development while strengthening governance and investor relations.
