RPMGlobal Holdings (ASX:RUL) said Morgan Stanley and its subsidiaries became a substantial holder in the firm on Tuesday after it acquired a 5.51% stake, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
Morgan Stanley and its associates acquired 12.2 million shares in the firm.
