CSC Financial's Indirectly Owned Subsidiary Guaranteed With 357 Million Yuan for Bond Issuance

CSCIF Hong Kong, an indirectly owned unit of CSC Financial (SHA:601066, HKG:6066), also trading as China Securities, will receive a guarantee worth 357 million yuan for the issuance of medium-term bonds, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.

The bonds have a principal amount of 350 million yuan and a term of 358 days.

The guarantee will come from CITIC Securities (International) Financial Holdings, a subsidiary of the company, as part of a $4 billion offshore medium-term bond program that was launched on April 26, 2024.

The securities company's Hong Kong shares fell over 2% during the morning trade.
