智通财经APP讯，基石药业-B(02616)发布公告，联交所已确认，联席公司秘书倪维聪女士(倪女士)于2026年1月17日豁免届满后符合上市规则第3.28条项下担任本公司公司秘书的资格。因此，翁美仪女士(翁女士)已辞任联席公司秘书一职，自2026年2月6日起生效。翁女士辞任后，倪女士继续担任本公司唯一公司秘书。
翁女士在辞任联席公司秘书后，亦已辞任上市规则第3.05条项下的本公司授权代表(授权代表)。倪女士已获委任为授权代表，以取代翁女士，自2026年2月6日起生效。本公司执行董事杨建新博士仍担任另一名授权代表。
翁女士仍为本公司在香港的法律程序文件代理人，以根据《公司条例》(香港法例第622章)第16部在香港接收法律程序文件，及根据上市规则第19.05(2)条在香港代表本公司接收法律程序文件及通知。
