智通财经APP讯，印象大红袍(02695)发布公告，收购方武夷山印象大红袍文化旅游有限公司(本公司的全资附属公司)拟收购出售方福建春天餐饮管理有限公司的部分固定资产。
公告称，交易标的为位于福建省武夷山市度假区大王峰南路96号茶博园内武夷山大红袍体验中心印象天街(印象建州)装饰资产及配套附属设施设备资产。
于本公告日期，收购方并未就该潜在收购事项订立任何具约束力的协议。
交易标的为本公司与出售方合作协议项下的投资资产，经考虑出售方的运营结果，本公司拟与出售方终止合作协议。为保障新项目顺利落地，确保其运营的独立性与完整性，如期实现本公司投资收益目标，本公司决定依据独立第三方专业评估结果，对交易标的进行回购。潜在收购为基于长远战略发展考虑，符合公司发展规划的需要，有利于公司优化资源配置，符合全体股东的利益。
